Gayle was born on October 5, 1951, to Galan and Barbara (Yerxa) Gilyard, in Wenatchee, Washington. Gayle was the second of four children and earned the nickname pixie at a young age as she was always smiling and ready to cause trouble. Gayle moved with her parents and siblings from Wenatchee to Omak at a young age, attended elementary school in Omak, and then moved back to Wenatchee to finish elementary school, middle school and graduating from Wenatchee High School. From a very young age, Gayle displayed a strong independence. She would arise early in the morning, saddle her horse and ride off by herself up in the hills of the Wenatchee Valley. She was an avid adventurer, from fishing with her father to hiking and mountain climbing with family and friends. Gayle was active in the International Order of Rainbow for Girls rising to state level officer, a member of the Wenatchee High School Drill Team, and was active in theater while in high school. She attended Wenatchee Valley College and obtained an Associate in Arts in 1972. She worked for three summers at Lake McDonald Lodge in Glacier National Park while in college. In 1974, Gayle married Howard Thronson, a graduate of the University of Washington, and began a 38 year partnership. Together, Gayle and Howard lived in Skamakawa, Kirkland, Beaver, Forks and Lacey during Howard s career with the WA Dept. of Natural Resources. In 2001, Gayle received her Masters of Education Administration from Pacific Lutheran University. Gayle received numerous state and national awards for her dedication and leadership in student health issues. Gayle was an active member of the School Nurses of Washington (SNOW) and the National Associate of State School Nurse Consultants, serving in many positions including President of both organizations during her career. She was an Honored Affiliate Faculty with the School of Nursing at Pacific Lutheran University and had been the Graduate Student Commencement speaker in 2001 when she received her Master s Degree. Gayle was selected by the National Association of State School Nurse Consultants as the 2012 Outstanding State School Nurse Consultant of the Year. Gayle and Howard have two children, Erik Bjorn (Michelle ?) and Krista Anne Francis (Jason). They have three granddaughters, Alanah, Marah, and Mia and one grandson, Erik Byrd. Gayle had a strong value for her faith and her family. In addition to her immediate family, Gayle is survived by her mother and father, Barbara and Galen Gilyard, brothers Ted (Barbie) and Budd, sister Charna (Phil), mother-in-law Molly Thronson, sister-in-law Ida Miller (Mike), and brother-in-law Stuart Thronson (Pat), numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. Jeffery, Edward

Date of Death: December 22, 1986

Edward Lee Jeffery

On December 22, 1986, Edward Jeffery was shot and killed as he returned home from his job as comptroller of Eoff Electric Supply Co. in Salem, Oregon. His vehicle was found about a half-mile from the site of the murder, the engine running and the headlights on. Jeffery's wife found his body lying on the driveway and reported the murder to the Marion County Sheriff's Office. Initial investigators developed several leads in the 1980s, but no arrest was made and no specific suspect in the shooting was developed. Eventually, investigative leads were exhausted, and the case went cold.

In the spring of 2007, investigators began a review of the Jeffery homicide case files. Pursuit of previously undeveloped leads resulted in the identification of several people who had not been contacted during the initial investigation. Cold Case Squad detectives presented investigative findings to a Grand Jury in early 2008; the Grand Jury returned an indictment for murder against Patrick Gordon McCreary of Redmond, Oregon. In February 2008, McCreary was arrested by Cold Case Squad investigators at his place of employment in Bend, Oregon.

January 2009 - After spending nearly one year in the Marion County Jail, Patrick McCreary changed his plea from "Not Guilty" to "Guilty" during a hearing. Reading to the court from a prepared statement, McCreary took responsibility for the murder, admitting his role as the trigger-man. On January 26, 2009, acting under the sentencing guidelines in place for crimes committed in 1986, Judge Hart sentenced Patrick McCreary to life in prison with a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years. Within days of his sentencing, McCreary was delivered into the custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections, where he remains today

Lee, Larry

Date of Death: December 29, 2021 in Yardley, PA

Larry Lee, who worked in the produce industry for more than 50 years, passed away at the age of 69.

According to his friend, Craig Hartmann of Pacific Pro, Bellevue, WA, the two worked together in New Jersey for Associated Produce Brokers. Hartmann said Lee grew up in Wenatchee, WA, started in the fresh produce industry there, and stayed active in it his whole life.

Remick Gendron Funeral Home published the following obituary for Lee.

Yardley, PA Lawrence Vincon Lee, age 69, of Yardley, PA passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. Larry was born on February 29, 1952 in Wenatchee, WA. It was there that he would grow through childhood, attend high school, study at Western Washington University and be introduced to the produce business while working in apple orchards. This work would eventually develop into a lifelong career in the industry and lead him to vast relationships, world-wide travel and decades of independent business operations.

Larry was a man who never stopped knowledge seeking or learning. He was an avid reader across a broad range of topics, especially historical biographies. A business move brought Larry to Boston where he developed a love for being on the water with the salt and wind whipping his face; he equally adored a great run on the slopes. He liked his coffee strong and often, his music a little loud, never tired of museums, an afternoon exploring in the car, a fabulous dining experience or talking to perfect strangers. He had an amazing, full laugh, a never-ceasing love for his family and a passion for prayer. He was a man who dreamed big. He had great conviction, integrity and faith with a tremendous heart for the Lord. He spent his life cultivating this relationship while simultaneously taking time to share its life changing significance along the way.

Larry is survived by his wife and sincere life-partner, Cathylee of Yardley, PA; his three daughters, Rachel Lee, Rebecca and Greg Harris and Mical Whitten; his four beautiful grandchildren Joshua Lawrence-Vincon Lee, Isabelle Whitten, Jackson Whitten and Rosemary Harris; and his two sisters Sandra Larson and Cynthia Woody of Seattle, WA.

Visitation will be from 12 to 1 PM on Saturday, January 22, 2022 in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home, 811 Lafayette Rd, Hampton, NH 03842. A Celebration of Life in his honor will follow the visitation starting at 1 PM in the funeral home. Burial will be in the Center Cemetery, Rye, NH. The family has asked in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Philabundance.

Liebert, Bobby

Date of Death: Aug 1, 2016

Bobby E. Liebert

Wenatchee, WA

Bobby E. Liebert, age 63, of Wenatchee, WA, passed away peacefully, in the
arms of his loving wife, on August 1, 2016, in his home after a thee-year
fight with cancer.

Bobby was born on November 4, 1952 in Dodge City, KS, to late parents, Jack
and Dorothy Liebert. The family moved to Wenatchee, WA when he was nine years
old. He graduated from Wenatchee High School with the class of 1970. Bobby
served in the Washington National Guard from 1972-1977. He was a wheel and
trackvehicle mechanic and earned the Sgt. Lawerence Franklin Memorial Award
for marksmanship in 1975.

Bobby was introduced to Debra Taylor by mutual friends, while out dancing.
They were married August 14, 1976 and made their home in Wenatchee. They
enjoyed their life time together - hunting, fishing, dancing and raising their
two children, Lisa and Beau.

They retired together in March 2015 and enjoyed traveling to Jamaica, Mexico
and Las Vegas with their Legion friends. They enjoyed riding their 4-wheeler
up on the Colockum and buzzing around town in it. They enjoyed poker rides on
the Harley and the one trip they made in their new motor home. They built an
addition to the shop, nail by nail, together to put all their new toys in.
Bobby was truly blessed to have lived a full life with family and friends.

Bobby was employed at Van Doren Sales for 43 years. He started out sweeping
the floors and was quickly moved into the purchasing department ,where he
retired on March 31, 2015 as the Purchasing Manager. He always told the young
kids, there is value in starting at the bottom and working to better your
position. His position in purchasing gave him the opportunity to meet and
develop many close life-long friendships with vendors in three states. He
loved his job and enjoyed going to work to be with 50+ great and wonderful
friends everyday.

Bobby was a former member of the Purchasing Management Association of
Washington, serving as a board member. He belonged and was very active in the
Central Washington Bass Club. He fished many tournaments and qualified for the
Regional Tournament in New Mexico. He is a current member of the Wenatchee
Sportsman s Association, American Legion-Post 10, Legion Riders, F.O.E. Aerie
#204 and the newest member of the Wenatchee Fisherman s Forum.

Bobby was a lifelong outdoorsman. He was born and raised in a boat, with a
fishing pole in one hand and a gun in the other. He enjoyed fishing in all the
local lakes and the Columbia River. He looked forward to his annual trips to
Alaska and Canada with his buddy, Mikey. His skill and ability to catch fish
was unmatched. He would gladly share his fishing tips and hot spots with every
one. He was an avid hunter, enjoying all aspects of the sport with rifle,
shotgun and archery. He had many great experiences hunting ducks, turkeys,
elk, deer and bear. He always had fishing or hunting stories to share, leaving
family and friends with cherished memories. Just as Bobby had a passion for
hunting and fishing, he loved teaching others, especially the youth, and
passing on his knowledge to them, just as it was passed on to him. He was a
friend to everyone he met, and all who knew him became lifelong friends. He
will be missed, but not forgotten.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 40 years, Debra of Wenatchee, WA; daughter
and son-in-law, Lisa and Dan Skinner of Lacey, WA; son, Beau Liebert of
Monroe, WA; daughter-in-law and husband, Chelsea and Ben Hale of Kennewick,
WA; grandson, Eldon Reilly Liebert of Kennewick, WA; brother, Charles
(Virginia) Liebert; sister, Sandi Wrzesinski; sister-in-law, Sharon Liebert;
aunt and uncle, Melvin and Colleen Boner; as well as many nieces; nephews;
cousins; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by
his parents, Jack and Dorothy Liebert; brother, Jerry Liebert and brother-in-
law, Jack Wrzesinski.

A Memorial Service will be held at the First United Methodist Church in
Wenatchee, WA on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Bob
Sheppard, officiating, to be followed by a Celebration of Life at his home
shop, including a 21 gun salute at 4:00 p.m.

McLean, Danna [Anderson]

Date of Death: May 26, 2015

Danna Lavon Anderson

December 2, 1951 ~ May 26, 2015

Danna Lavon Anderson, 63, of Waterville, WA and formally of Chelan, WA and Wenatchee, WA, passed away on May 26, 2015.

She was born on December 2, 1951, in Wenatchee, to the late Ralph and Annabel (Moorman) McLean. Her first 11 years were spent with her siblings, Jack, Dick, Barb, Odell, Jean and Doris, and cousins on the family wheat and cattle ranch, east of Mansfield, WA, at Sims Corner. She enjoyed feeding the chickens, helping with the milking and riding her horse, Red. They then moved to Spokane for a short time and then to Wenatchee, where she graduated from Wenatchee High School. She married Ed Dayton and they made their home in Hoquiam, WA. Together, they had a daughter, Susan. Later, Danna married Robert Bob Anderson and added three daughters to the family, Renee, Tracy, and Shawna. During the children s early years, she entertained them by bottle digging, blackberry picking, mushroom hunting, crawdad catching, feeding the ducks, basketball playing, roller skating and long drives along the bay. The girls remember that she would have them play Eye Spy to locate a license plate with a triple 8 and then they would follow that car.

In early 1990, Danna had a janitorial business, which years later she passed down to her daughter, Renee Anderson. The business is still going strong. In 1996, she started an adult family home in her home in Wenatchee. At this house many special memories were made with her grandchildren, including fort making, hide-and-go-seek, and holiday activities. Holidays were famous for her jams, rhubarb pie, fudge, caramel-corn, cheese-balls, and other culinary delights. Christmas Breakfast was the family tradition.

Danna loved to go sight seeing and, along the way, she would stop to pick up rocks, driftwood and, if she came across a graveyard, she would have to stop and hunt for the oldest headstone. She was fascinated with Indian Culture, which included collecting, knickknacks and drawing images. A backyard mechanic, she loved to work on cars and took pride in fixing things herself.

An accident causing Danna a back injury meant the closing of her adult family home and a move to Chelan, WA. Danna lived in Chelan with her dog, Cinnamon, and her cat, Booger Bear. Danna still insisted in caring for her beloved grandchildren and everyone that she loved. Special memories in Chelan were made with her children and grandchildren. They all loved to go to Danna s house for barbecues, sleep-overs, game nights, and just casual visiting. She also made some very close friends, Nancy, Forest, Jackie and George. An illness caused her move to Amber Waves, in Waterville. Here, the staff and residents quickly became family. Her time was filled with her coloring and sharing of stories. Visitors who would pop in and see her or phone calls with her family, always brightened her day. Visits to her family s home for sleep overs and holiday gatherings where looked forward to.

Danna, a born nurturer, was known to her family and others as an all-in-one , mother, father, grandmother and grandfather. To this day, she is known as that hard working, sweet loving person who would sacrifice anything for her kids and loved ones. She put everyone first, before herself.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Lauren McLean, Doris Steele, and Jamie Mejia; and her best friend, Bo. Danna will be missed by her daughters, Susan Dayton, Renee Anderson, Tracy Hernandez, and Shawna Thompson; son-in-law, Loop Townsell; siblings, Barbara McGee, Odell McLean, Jean Handford, Jack McLean, and Dick McLean; grandchildren, Heather and Garrett Koopman, Emanuel Rivera, Marcos Anderson, April Hernandez, Jessie Anderson Montes, Annabel Hernandez, Johnny Hernandez, Vera Hernandez, LaVon Thompson, and Almendra Moreno; and her great-grandchildren, Emma Koopman, Chloe Koopman, Isaiah Emmanuel Rivera Vargas, Nehemiah Sanchez Vargas, and Sophia Rivera Dozal.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 26, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at the Mansfield Cemetery, with a continued time of sharing and potluck following at the Mansfield United Protestant Church. You are invited to view her online guestbook at: www.HeritageMemorialChapel.com. Honored to serve the family, Heritage Memorial Chapel, East Wenatchee.

Noss, Daniel

Date of Death: Nov. 28, 2013

Our kind, strong, loving, intelligent and faithful husband, father, grandfather, brother and son, Daniel Leonard Noss, (AKA "Dan, Lito, and Dano"), went to his forever home in heaven with Jesus on November 28, at the age of 61.

Dan was born on April 14, 1952 in Wenatchee, WA to Leonard and Bettie Noss. He was the younger brother to David and was a good boy who made his parents proud and was an avid outdoor explorer in Wenatchee and its surrounding areas. He especially loved spending time at his family cabin on Lake Wenatchee and skiing at Mission Ridge. He attended elementary and middle schools in Wenatchee, Washington and Hurst, Texas and graduated from Wenatchee High school in 1970. Dan attended Wenatchee Valley College for a year, and then graduated from Washington State University in 1974 with a degree in Business Administration. After college, he was hired by Rainer National Bank in Yakima as an operations supervisor and it was there he met his future wife Susan Cerna. Dan moved to the Tri-Cities in 1976 to work at Old National Bank. In 1978, Dan was hired by Exxon Nuclear and stayed employed there for the next 35 years as it changed names to Advanced Nuclear Fuels, to Siemens, to Framatome, and lastly to Areva. He worked in finance and safeguards during those 35 years.

Dan and Sue were married on May 28, 1977. As Dan would always say, they had 36 years of "wedded bliss" together. They had three children; Sarah, Kirsten, and Matthew. Dan was a wonderful family man and always made spending time with his family a priority. His homemade pancakes were a Saturday morning tradition and he always had to tickle his kids to make sure the pancakes would "stick to your ribs." His hugs were so safe and warm and could make any baby that he held fall asleep immediately. His greatest joy late in his life was becoming a grandpa that they called "Lito" to Gracey, Jaxton, and Easton. He would light up anytime the grandkids were around and cherished every moment he spent with them. His family will forever miss him!

Dan was an avid Washington State University fan. He made sure to pass on this love of WSU to his wife and kids by taking them to WSU football home games for over 10 years. He did such a great job brainwashing his kids about WSU that all of his children attended Washington State University.

Dan was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church for over 25 years. He served as the head elder, Steven Minister, church council secretary, communion assistant, and usher over that time. He also was on the Bethlehem Lutheran School Endowment Fund Board. His support of a Christian education showed through sending all 3 of his kids to Bethlehem Lutheran School.

Dan was a kind and giving person who loved his Lord Jesus with his whole heart, mind, and strength. He was the epitome of a Christian man, husband, and father. Even in the middle of his cancer diagnosis, he wanted to use that opportunity to glorify Jesus and bring others to believe in Him. Throughout his journey, he and his family were able to share the story of the hope he had in Christ Jesus.

Dan's 2 year cancer battle was supported by many wonderful health professionals whom all had his best interest at heart: Dr. Jose Ness and staff, Dr. Robin Jones (SCCA), Dr. Bill Reed, Dr. Luzcel Tuazon, and Trios Health Med-Surg, ICU, and short stay nurses and CNAs who lovingly cared for Dan during his last 3 weeks. The family is forever thankful for their care and compassion.

Dan is survived by Susan, his faithful and loving wife of 36 years, children Sarah (Luke) Flohr of Pasco, Kirsten (Scott) Bond of Seattle, and Matthew Noss of Prineville, Oregon. His three grandchildren, his pride and joy, also survive him: Gracey, Jaxton, and Easton. He is also survived by his father, Leonard Noss, brother David Noss and his wife Sandi, all of Wenatchee.

Dan was preceded in death by his mother, Bettie Noss, his father-in-law Raymond Cerna, and his mother-in-law Socorro Cerna.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 7, at 10:00am at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Richland. A celebration of Dan's life will be held later in the day at
2:00pm at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Kennewick.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bethlehem Lutheran Scholarship Endowment Fund (BLSEF) and sent to Bethlehem Lutheran School at 2505 W 27th Ave. Kennewick, WA 99337

Pearson, Kathi [Bulthuis]

Date of Death: Jun 20, 2014

Kathi was no stranger in many communities. Being pastor of the Baker City Community of Christ Church, she has made many friends through the fellowship and worship of God. She was also an important member of education. Kathi taught children of all ages since 1985. Many were grateful when she offered to substitute teach on the fly. She made an incredible impact for children enrolled in the after school program; improving reading scores, teaching arithmetic, and encouraging creativity. She volunteered for many community fundraisers as well. To be honest, Mom was always the first person there ready to lend a helping hand whenever someone needed it. Now it is our turn to return the favor. Please join us to remember the remarkable life of Kathi Bulthuis and pass on this invite to others who knew Kathi . Following the service food will be provided.

From her daughter, Chelse Bulthuis.

Date of Death: March 1, 2022

Obituary
Lolo- On the morning of March 1st Cathryn Ann Wundrow, age 70, passed away in her home, comforted by her husband, Larry Wundrow. Although she struggled with the side effects of treating leukemia and lung cancer, she maintained her sense of humor until the end. Cathryn was born on January 30, 1952, to George F. and Elizabeth J. Richardson in Spokane, WA. At the age of 5, Cathryn moved with her family to Wenatchee, WA where she attended Columbia Elementary School and graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1970. Katy continued her education at Green River College earning a degree in Occupational Therapy. This was a perfect career for Katy. As a loving and caring individual, she had a gift for helping special needs children reach their full potential. During her career Katy worked at Skyline School, Tacoma WA., Saint Patrick Hospital and the Missoula Public School District. In 1978, Katy"s best friend, Barb Wundrow introduced her to her brother Larry, and an inseparable union began. They were married on August 9,1980, in Marshfield, WI. Their union lasted 41 years, and they had one son, Brent Wundrow. Katy was a people person. She loved people and people loved Katy. There was nowhere she could go without running into friends and often returning nurturing new relationships. Young children were always drawn to her. On countless occasions we would be attending a function, and suddenly a child would be staring up at her seeking Katy's attention. Katy was very proud of her canning skills. Her canned pickles, beets, and jams will be greatly missed. And, yes the orders are still arriving for Katy's Comfort Cream. She was a creative crafter, both professionally and personally. For her students, she was able to integrate therapeutic goals into fun activities. Friends were amazed at how quickly she could master a new project. Katy was a competitive cribbage player and fierce opponent at ladder golf. She was a prolific reader and took pride in sharing new books with family and friends. Katy, you will be truly missed by your many best friends. Survivors include her husband, Larry Wundrow, son Brent Wundrow (Cassie), mother Elizabeth Richardson; brothers Mark (Kathy) Richardson, and Steve Richardson; sisters Julie (Rob) Luettgen, and Margaret Harris. Jim's last entry here.

So hard to believe its been 40 years. Life is so funny with it's twists and turns, but you know I have been so blessed. Four wonderful children, two grandsons, and a partner in life who is wonderful. Living in Charleston WV now for a few decades, staunch WVU Mountaineer fan, active in my community for children as well as the arts and sciences (ck out my last project at www.theclaycenter.org), love to ask people for money hahahaha....(ok so its a carry over from my more rebellious days), and enjoy helping people find a home that is right for them. Mom and two sisters still in Wenatchee and a sis in Las Vegas). Looking forward to July and seeing people I have not seen in so many years.

Sauve, Dorien [Stockwell]

Date of Death: January 2, 2018

Dorien M. Stockwell

Wenatchee, WA

It is with great sadness that the family and friends of Dorien M. Stockwell
announce her passing on January 2, 2018, from a recently diagnosed cancer. She
was born to Wilfred G. Bill and Dawn M. Sauve on December 3, 1951. Dorien
graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1970.

Shortly thereafter, she went to spread her wings as a flight attendant, flying
between Seattle, WA, and California. Returning to the Wenatchee Valley, Dorien
tended bar and later managed the CA Tavern, where she met a group of girls
that would remain her dear friends for the rest of her life. She went on to
train and then work as a bookkeeper. She did bookkeeping for the Eagles and
retired from bookkeeping at Lumberman s.

Dorien loved hunting and fishing, and pursued these activities with a passion
to outdo her brothers: Tom, Bob, (twin) Dean, and Gary. It is most fitting
that she would reconnect with, and marry, her high school sweetheart, John
Stockwell, who was also passionate about these activities. John and Dorien
spent many happy years traveling to favorite hot spots, many of which were on
Lake Chelan, near the family cabin.

Dorien enjoyed cooking and gardening, and spent countless hours grooming her
and John s yard, as well as her mother-in-laws, next door. John and Dorien
could often be found on their front porch with their dog, Cindy, relaxing and
enjoying her handiwork. Dorien was loyal, fun, and funny, navigating life with
strength and wit.

She leaves behind her beloved husband, John Stockwell; brother, Gary Sauve;
mother-in-law, Lora Stockwell; brother-in-law, Kris Stockwell (Shawna);
sister-in-law, Lori Johanson (Bob); her dear girlfriends: Deb, Cyd, Dar; along

Schoenmakers, Anne [Rainbolt]

Date of Death: September 24, 2022

Anne Marie Rainbolt

October 25, 1951 September 24, 2022

Wenatchee, WA

Anne Marie Rainbolt, age 70, died September 24, 2022, in a losing battle with cancer. With all grace and dignity, she took her last breaths surrounded by family and loved ones.

Anne was born to Henry and Irene (Kerr) Schoenmakers on October 25, 1951. A lifelong resident of Wenatchee, WA, she was baptized at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, attended St. Joseph's Catholic School, and later, Wenatchee High. She married Jerry Rainbolt in 1969, and is survived by their son, John Paul. She became widowed after Jerry's passing in 1975. Anne remarried Rocky Rainbolt in 1977, and is survived by their two sons: Matthew James (Christina), and Ryan Lee (Tara).

After high school, she studied and pursued a career in nursing. She worked at the Deaconess Hospital for a time, before dedicating her life to raising children and caring for family. She eventually returned to work and committed herself to a life of service alongside her dear husband, Rocky. Together, they worked for the Wenatchee Salvation Army for many years in various capacities. Anne continued to serve after Rocky's passing in 2006. She found joy and purpose in social services offering food, assistance, support, and hope to the community and less fortunate.

All the while, caring in the same way for brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends. She came with a listening ear, a source of strength and positivity. Anne's relationships with loved ones were most important to her. She was always there for others in times of need or cause for celebration, often employing her love of cooking, baking, and giving to help along the way. Grandkids: Nicholas, Rocky, Ella, Kierra, Evan, Kayden and Isaac, were the light of her life. She was especially excited to learn in her last days that her first great-grandchild was on the way. Special thanks to Christina Rainbolt, who loved and cared for her, like no other, in her own time of need, in a way only a daughter could do.

Anne is survived by her sons and siblings: Joseph Schoenmakers, John (Dixie) Schoenmakers, Clara Wall, Francise Armstrong, and Doris (Fred) Schaller. She was preceded in death by her loving parents; husbands; sisters: Nancy Moore, Lynda Hickok, Phyllis Kathleen Browning; and brother, James (Dee) Schoenmakers.

Anne was a strong and selfless woman. She loved and cared without abandon, is loved, and will be missed dearly by so many. A real angel here on earth. In our sadness we find peace knowing she is reunited with her true love and soulmate, Rocky. May the love they had and the kindness they have shown be a guiding light to us all. Rest In Peace, Mom, to the best ever.

A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date.

Watson, Robert

Date of Death: Aug 2, 2010

Former Wenatchee resident, Robert "Bob" Watson, 57, died peacefully at home in Maple Valley, WA, early Monday, August 2, 2010, the day after WHS 40th reunion. Bob was born Sept. 3, 1952, in Wenatchee, to Dave and Nita (Holland) Watson. He graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1970, and moved to Anchorage, AK in 1975. There, he met the love of his life, Dottie Moss. They married on June 7, 1980, and moved back to Washington in 1987. Bob and Dottie celebrated their 30th Wedding Anniversary this year. Also nicknamed "Watty" at a young age, Bob was a gifted athlete. He played baseball and football through all his school years, lettered several times, and was Captain of the 1969 Wenatchee Panther football team. Bob also played handball through high school, college and beyond, and won numerous state singles and doubles titles around the Northwest. Bob then conquered golf, carried a 7 handicap and it became his favorite sport. He and Dottie competed in countless tournaments in softball, handball and golf, and have trophies throughout their home. Bob achieved three holes-in-one -- in 1992, 1998 and 2003 -- and played regularly with his beloved Lake Wilderness Men's Club. Bob and Dottie's travels always included a sunny destination, golf, chi chis, friends and laughter. He was a devoted Seahawks and Huskies fan, but also supported and attended numerous friend/family sporting events to cheer them on. Bob also was an avid gardener. His yard, deck and flowers equalled any garden tour showpiece. Bob was a salesman of industrial supplies his whole career. He was well known in the industry and was named Top Salesman numerous times. In recent years, his customers were well aware that, on Friday afternoons, his appointments were conducted on the golf course. The huge outpouring of love and support has been overwhelming and gratifying to Bob's family. The impact Bob had on peoples' lives is enormous. He was a big-hearted people person, made friends easily and loved life, making his sudden passing all the more shocking and unexpected.
